At Imeca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hardware and renovation supplies. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Imeca account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit one of our physical storefronts for an in-person return.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
